Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@texotis.xyz with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-refundable items:

- Sale items
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will happily exchange it at no extra cost. Please email info@texotis.xyz with photos of the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
